I’m supposed to get the cash aid money next week.. $220 the ATM at city Bank is where I usually go to … to be able to withdraw the $220 from the EBT card because money left inside the ebt card is dead money ND needs to be withdrawn out of the ebt card to deposit into my regular bank account… I was thinking once the money $220 arrives to my ebt card I should go talk to the Armenian s at dpss in Glendale maybe I can withdraw the money inside the office and protect the transaction of matters inside the ebt card.. the communication is very little to non. But I need to push communication to find out if my thinking really exists inside the dpss office money transactions or if not just find a more decent bank to be able to withdraw money from there ATM and hope I don’t get money stolen again on my ebt card… as the story goes with Glendale CA dpss..fraud and scheme.skimmer..skim??.currently right now ebt food stamps are just used in grocery stores.. fast food with ebt has been eliminated
