I hope it’s just the dog walking or soon to be rain sprinkle… people thrive not being a college hotel well lit place palace white lighs outside my window I can’t even smoke a cigarette… because it’s just that lights outside my window and if I want to smoke I need to step outside and be responsible about the whole situation. Me smoking a cigarette… I’m not or should say in places your not a fart but something else more… and should be taken accounted for.
