I have this message that Everytime I want to add $1.75 to my virtual tap card the app isn’t accepting payments… I can ride for free if i want. Because of the app not accepting fare load over the phone. This information I keep to myself but not really keep to myself. I already had a pos bus driver looking at me with an ugly face when I boarded bus without paying. The Internet making me look bad for not generating money much faster per day. The Metro app making me look bad in places I have no reach for a vending machine to load fare to my tap card. I’m on my own balance protection. Wallet protection. Because it looks like they just want to take away another dollar $1 …. It’s a long story with verbal talk not just typing. I don’t video record my whole life either I’m not your space rover…
