Verizon Wireless (year 2022) lasted about 2 weeks service of internet was bad. 👎 thumbs down. I said to myself the Internet service is bad …. Verizon wireless just wasn’t able to help with that and I’m not paying $50 per month on something that isn’t working well mobile data internet. Under 6 months refund!
T-MOBILE (year 2022-23) lasted about 5 to 6 months. My monthly bill payments where about $135 each month wireless and WiFi all together. On the 4th month I started to read about T-Mobile price plans to try to lower my monthly bill payment. $135 is feeling a bit to much <my wallet> I was told at sign up I was only going to be paying $110 for both wireless and WiFi. That never happened. So I took my 5th month monthly bill T-Mobile all the way down to $95 per month wireless and WiFi. I was Happy 😊 with me only paying $95 for both wireless and WiFi T-Mobile. On the 6th month with T-Mobile I was billed at $120. Woah! Wait a minute where did $95 per month Go??! Turns out T-Mobile turned a certain plan into seniors only so the plan I was On was no longer available but to seniors only. And T-MOBILE was now asking for $120 instead of $95 and there was nothing they could do to put me back at $95 per month monthly bill payment. Under 6 months refund!

We talk a lot over the phone… I was put in plans I don’t belong in … trying out the perfect shoes to wear … trying out the perfect wireless plan and WiFi that works well with my budget (wallet) ….
