I can’t properly handshake a police officer because of my felony record and during the pandemic of COVID 19 doors got closed and aggressive registration became hang on to your cellphone. In other words I don’t file police reports in person because of that fear I might go back to jail upon police officer viewing my past history records and might try to forge a warrant for arrest.
